Strength Sessions: Tuesdays @ 12:15-13:00

Rise & Sweat Sessions: Thursdays @ 07:15-08:00

Classes are open to any ability and attendee numbers are limited in order to provide a more personalised experience.


A lunchtime strength session to get you up and moving, giving you some midday motivation.

These sessions will utilise functional movement to work on building full body strength, whilst also improving technique and power.

Rise & Sweat

A morning, energy boosting session, setting you up to tackle the day ahead!

These sessions will combine the HIIT and circuit training methodology to give you a high energy workout that will help improve cardiovascular fitness, speed and strength.

A free consultation is offered to anyone interested in these services.

1-2-1 Personal Training

Face to face sessions start from £40.

Remote sessions start from £35.

Block bookings at a reduced rate.

Group Sessions

Want to train with friends or family? I also offer face to face and remote sessions for small groups.

I offer bespoke training plans that are designed just for you. You provide me with all the necessary information and I will design you a focussed programme that will be sure to help you progress to meeting your health and fitness goals.

Nutritional Analysis & Guidance

Good nutrition and training go hand in hand when it comes to getting great results.

To help you on your health and fitness journey I offer a detailed analysis of your 14 day food diary for £100. 

I will provide healthy eating advice (in line with nationally recognised guidelines) about changes you could make and the kind of food that is likely to support your goals.
