My love for health and fitness started from a young age. In recent years this love developed into a passion that led me to train as a Personal Trainer to motivate, teach and inspire others on their fitness journey.
Fitness, for me, is just as much about the mental health benefits as it is about physical health. It is about gaining the knowledge required to adopt healthy habits and to make more mindful decisions when it comes to health and well-being.
